A promotional graphic for a Girls Golf event. The top half is a photograph of two smiling high school girls with long hair, wearing white collared shirts with a small logo, likely standing on a golf course with trees and parked cars in the background. The photo is separated from the text below by a curving black and gold graphic banner. The bottom half is a solid black background with the text: "GIRLS GOLF" in large, purple and gold lettering (with a golf ball icon replacing the 'o' and a flag at the end), followed by the event details: "FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 19TH 1:00PM @ OKAWVILLE" in smaller, purple and yellow text

The golf season started last month, and the team has celebrated many wins.

From practice this summer to playing in golf tournaments, many golfers said they are

ready to make this their best season yet.

Early mornings and late evenings were spent practicing at Governor’s Run during the

summer.

“We had open courses throughout July in order to get ready for the season that started in

August,” coach Brenden Boles said.

Sophomore Eli Gray said he watched golf and hit the range this summer to be ready for

his upcoming season.

All golfers are given a membership, allowing them to access the course and play

whenever they wish.

The next home matches are scheduled for Sept. 23 and Sept.24.

A full schedule can be found on the school website.
