The CHS Shine Bright Club started a school-wide duck hunt last week, which will last
until the end of the school year.
Each week, 100 ducks will be hidden around the school. Ninety-nine of the ducks are
purple and one is gold.
The students can earn a prize after collecting 10 ducks. Prizes for the purple ducks
include chips, soda, or a box of candy.
They can get an immediate prize when they locate the golden duck. Students who turn in
the golden duck will receive a t-shirt or a gift certificate.
All club members are all helping distribute the ducks around the school now, but adviser
Lori Grawe said that soon the students will not be helping hide the ducks so they can be included
in the hunt.
