Carlyle eighth graders attended freshman orientation at Carlyle High School on Feb 6.

This orientation was organized by CHS social worker Sarah Loepker and counselor

Tammy Branon.

With help from the NHS members and the Student Council members, this orientation ran

from 8:45 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

Seventy-one eighth graders heard directly from high school students, according to

Loepker.

Incoming students were told about high school clubs, sports, and classes from current

members and were given a tour of the building by current students.
