Our Life Skills class got an inside look at banking! Thank you to 1NB and Bridget Potter for giving us a tour. We are able to see the coin machines, vault, and drive-thru window! Students also were able to do a Q&A about all the services the bank offers!! 🏦💰

Anatomy students are learning about the structure and function of the human eye through a series of activities, including a cow eye dissection!

Our seniors had a great time at Explore KC Day yesterday! Students were able to explore different career pathways, speak with KC faculty/staff, and hear from a panel of student ambassadors!

Our brain games team was hard at work today! 🧠 This year's theme was Fantastic Fiction. 📚📖 Teams were asked to complete a variety of projects including minute to win it activities, engineering challenges, storyboard creation, spelling tests, trivia, and more! Representing Carlyle High School was four of our seniors: Mary Ann Brown, Alannah Sarclette, Brooke Kleiboeker, and Karlie Gehrs. Great job! 👏 Thank you to ROE #13 for hosting this challenging and fun event!

Thank you to Dieterich Bank for speaking with our FBLA chapter and our 6th and 7th hour Resource Management classes this week! Students gained valuable insights on budgeting, managing checking and savings accounts, and investing for their future. We appreciate the opportunity for our students to learn real-world financial skills from local professionals! 💰🤑
