Tomorrow Friday, Jan. 10th will be an E-Learning Day for students. Though we have seen improvements in the road conditions, with the pending forecast of 3 to 4 additional inches of snow on top of current road conditions, we are yet again concerned about travel. We will be ready to start fresh next week! Thank you again for your understanding this week as we have had to navigate the weather challenges.

We were very hopeful that we would be able to resume classes tomorrow. Unfortunately, we have not seen enough improvement in the rural road conditions. As a result, we will be utilizing an E-Learning Day tomorrow, Thursday, January 9th.
We recognize the challenges this week has posed for some of our families and assure everyone that these decisions are not made lightly. Buses and young drivers on ice covered roads (in very low temperatures) are not a good combination. Information regarding E-Learning was texted and emailed out to families. Thank you once again for your understanding.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, January 8th, will be a Snow Day for Carlyle CUSD #1. While the main roads are clear, many rural areas are still covered in ice. We hope for some sunshine to improve conditions and return our students to the classrooms on Thursday. Thank you for your understanding!

Snow Day- Due to poor road conditions on the side streets and country roads, we are canceling school for tomorrow, Tuesday, January 7th. We are more than ready to have our classrooms full again, but enjoy your extra time to play in the snow.

Important Announcement- Due to severe weather and road conditions, Carlyle CUSD #1 will have a Snow Day on Monday, January 6th. The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. Please stay safe everyone.
