Carlyle Indians Track & Field will be having an informational meeting for any 5th-12th grade students interested in joining the Track & Field High School or Jr. High teams on Thursday February 22nd at 5:30 PM in the Carlyle High School cafeteria. This meeting will be especially helpful for new members of the team or anyone undecided about joining the team.

Carlyle will play Pinckneyville on Wednesday, February 21st at 8:00 pm at the Breese Central Regional. All tickets are $5.00 and are general admission. Due to the large crowds expected on Wednesday, fans are highly encouraged to purchase tickets in advance. Wednesday night's games will be two separate admission games. Please don't arrive early unless you have a ticket for game 1. Advance tickets may be purchased in the Carlyle High School office today between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm and on Wednesday morning prior to 9:00 am.

A parade through town for our State Champion Preston Waughtel and State Runner Tyson Waughtel up will start at the high school at 2pm and take the normal route through town. Let's line the streets and show this young man how proud our community is of him. Parade Route: Start at high school, head south on 127 to Fairfax. Head east on Fairfax to 8th street. Turn right on 8th to Rt 50. Head west on Rt 50 to 4 way stop. Then head back north on 127 to high school.
