Carlyle FBLA members spread the entrepreneurial spirit on American Enterprise Day at the grade school today! American Enterprise Day, celebrated annually on November 15th, was established in 1980 by President Jimmy Carter to honor the American entrepreneurial spirit and encourage others to celebrate small businesses.
Our members shared the excitement of business with the kindergarten students by reading 'Cooler Than Lemonade,' a story about discovering ideas in unexpected places, never giving up, and finding the perfect recipe for success! Then students had the opportunity to brainstorm, name, and brand a business. These young minds are already shaping the future of business!
