The university's 2024 Small Works Art Show featured 170 artworks from 17 different high schools in Illinois. Sophia Lamczyk, Peyton Cecil, and Harlee Malloy were awarded honorable mention ribbons!

Congratulations to Samantha Heinzmann on placing 3rd in the District 5 Ag Education Career Development last night at Mt.Vernon High School!
She pre-submitted a lesson plan she created, demonstrated a 10 minute portion of that lesson, completed a reclflection video and and took a test about Illinois Ag Ed. Way to go to this potential future agriculture educator!
The CHS Art Club is selling door hangers to raise money for their annual field trip! Order forms are available in the CHS office, and must be returned by the end of Wednesday, December 11th.
